The company provides:

  • Custom digital services (Notion setup, workspace cleanup, custom resale products)
  • Pre-made digital products (digital planners and Notion templates)

Section A - Custom Services 

Scope & Expectations

Satisfaction is measured by whether the agreed scope of work has been delivered, not by personal preference, future use, or external results.

My services focus on:

  • structure
  • clarity
  • simplicity

They do not include:

  • ongoing support
  • unlimited revisions
  • coaching or consulting
  • open-ended customization

If additional pages, features, or changes are needed beyond the original scope, these can be added as fixed-price extensions.

Payment & Project Start

Full payment is required in advance to secure a project slot.

A project is considered started once:

  • Payment has been received, and
  • The client has submitted the intake form or provided required materials.

Right of Withdrawal

By completing payment, the client:

  • Expressly requests the immediate commencement of the service before the withdrawal period expires.
  • Acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
  • Acknowledges that once work has begun on a custom service, withdrawal rights no longer apply.

Refund Policy

Because all services are custom, done-for-you work, payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

Work begins after payment and intake submission. At that point, time, planning, and implementation are already in progress.

A project is considered started once: • payment has been completed, and • the intake form has been submitted.

Each service includes a clearly defined scope and a limited revision window for minor adjustments. Satisfaction is based on the delivery of the agreed scope — not on personal preference, business results, subjective expectations, or future use.

Requests outside the original scope (including additional pages, structural changes, redesigns, strategic advice, or expanded functionality) require a separate extension and are not included in the original price.

By completing payment, you confirm that you have reviewed the service description and agree to the defined scope and refund policy.

Because services are custom and begin immediately after confirmation, payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Subjective dissatisfaction outside agreed scope
  • Business or financial performance
  • Delayed usage
  • External factors beyond the service itself

Revisions & Scope

Each project includes a limited revision window for minor adjustments within the agreed scope.

Revisions do not include:

  • Additional pages or features
  • Structural redesign
  • Strategic or advisory services
  • Scope expansion

Additional requests require a separate agreement and fee.

Limitation of Liability

The service provider is not responsible for:

  • Sales performance
  • Revenue outcomes
  • Business success
  • Indirect or consequential losses

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Resale License (If Applicable)

Custom digital planners and Notion templates created for resale include a non-exclusive resale license.

The client may:

  • Sell the final product under their own brand
  • Sell unlimited copies

The underlying structure and framework remain the intellectual property of the creator.

No guarantees are made regarding sales performance, profitability, or market success.

Final Note

By completing this purchase, you request immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once work has begun.

Nature of Digital Products

Digital planners and Notion templates sold on this website are pre-made digital products delivered electronically.

No physical items are shipped.

Right of Withdrawal - Digital Products

By completing purchase and accessing or downloading the digital product, the customer:

  • Expressly consents to immediate delivery, and
  • Acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once download/access begins.

Refund Policy – Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, no refunds possible.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Compatibility issues
  • Lack of technical knowledge

If a product is defective or inaccessible, support will be provided.

License – Digital Products

Pre-made digital planners and templates are licensed, not sold.

Customers may:

  • Use the product for personal use
  • Use internally for business (unless otherwise stated)

Customers may not:

  • Resell
  • Redistribute
  • Share
  • Claim authorship

Unless a separate resale license has been purchased.
